General information about the role of the employee:
Staff selection:
- Carries out the selection of personnel for all levels of positions, ensuring compliance with quality standards in accordance with the Human Resources Management Manual and internal policies.
- After receiving the Request for a Vacancy and the Job Description, he publishes a vacancy announcement on Ukrainian employment portals.
- Updates the Recruitment Tracker by displaying all stages of the recruitment process.
- Processes the received resumes, searches for them on the Internet, forms a long list for the hiring manager.
- Advises the hiring manager on further stages of selection and provides recommendations for their implementation.
- Conducts telephone interviews for the purpose of initial selection and organizes the next stages of the interview (interview with the hiring manager and/or passing a practical test).
- Organizes and conducts interviews, determining the best methods for assessing the necessary competencies/qualifications together with the hiring manager.
- Maintains a database of the selection process, ensures the entry of accurate data on candidates.
- Collects recommendations for selected candidates in accordance with internal procedures and policies.
- Checks selected candidates in the Watchdog system.
- Transmits information to the Lead HR Specialist and HR Manager to check candidates for compliance with security requirements.
- Prepares and sends job offers to selected candidates.
- Sends written refusals to candidates who have not been selected.
- Archives recruitment documentation in the employee's personal folder in ELO (security checks and Watchdog, completed test tasks, recommendations, and offer acceptance letters).
- Prepares written information (position, full name, remuneration, contract term, access to ELO and NAVI) in coordination with another HR specialist and passes it on to colleagues from the department for further employment activities. Attaches job descriptions for further refinement.
- Submits information about open vacancies to the Communication Department for publication on internal platforms and social networks.
- Holds regular meetings with new employees to adapt them, providing the necessary support.
- In close coordination with the manager, he assists management in resolving conflict situations, ensuring effective communication, constructive resolution of issues and confidentiality.
- Prepares packages of documents for the employment of employees and provides them for filling, advises and checks the correctness of their completion and the presence of a signature;
- Ensures the availability of all documents for employment, which are required in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and the internal policies of the Branch, in paper form and their placement in personal files in the archive of the HR department in Lviv;
- Forms personal files in ELO and ensures that they contain the necessary documents and personal data required by internal HR policies;
- Administrative support on HR issues in the office.
- Performs duties in accordance with the Code of Conduct and PIN Key Policies, informs the Human Resources Manager of any identified violations of policies and procedures;
- Creates and maintains a supportive and protected environment;
- Ensures the preservation, archiving of all created and received documents properly;
- Responsible for the correctness and completeness of the information provided;
- Ensures timely and effective provision of all necessary information to the immediate supervisor;
- Ensures non-disclosure of confidential information of the organization and personal data of employees or third parties that became known during the performance of official duties;
- Performs other tasks assigned to him by his immediate supervisor within his competence.
Education and Certifications
Higher education in the field of HR, management, psychology or related areas.
Work experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting and HR administration.
English language
Level - intermediate (Intermediate).

- Competitive salary on the PIN salary scale of EUR 1151 (before taxes) during the probationary period + 5% after the probationary period;
