Duration of the contract: 3 months (with the possibility of extension for 6 months after the probationary period)

The team's area of responsibility includes the following sectors of activity:
1) food safety; 2) WASH; 3) shelter; 4) protection.
Under the overall leadership of the Area Manager implements the program of housing restoration, and support of compact living spaces.
• Draw up a defective act of repair work for the restoration of housing or social facilities.
• Evaluate BoQs from contractors.
• Monitor the progress of repair work and assess the quality of the work performed.
• Report on project activities.
• Organize the process of archiving project documents, scanning and uploading them to the ELO system.
• Be involved in other humanitarian aid activities carried out by the organization.
• Internal relations: Closely cooperates with the project estimator, area administrator, program officers. Coordinates with the department of communication, logistics and finance.
• External relations: Establishes and develops relations with local authorities, other organizations carrying out humanitarian activities and the territories of the region
2. Experience in civil engineering (repair of private households, social institutions, capital construction);
3. Ability to read and write estimates;
4. Good computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.). Experience with databases;
5. Organization of workflow;
6. Knowledge of English at A2 level and above;
7. Attentiveness and accuracy;
8. Flexibility, result orientation;
9. Independence and ability to work under stressful conditions;
10. Good organizational and communication skills.

General information about the team/department and its role within the organization
The regional team of the Donetsk / Luhansk region is structurally part of the program department of the Eastern region. Its activities cover the settlements of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.The team's area of responsibility includes the following sectors of activity:

Required experience and qualifications :
