People In Need Ukraine is announcing the Call for Partnerships to support local CSOs advocating for the participation of key populations in public service planning and policies to mitigate the negative impact of COVID-19 within EU COVID Solidarity Programme for Eastern Partnership. 

The general objective of the call is to encourage local CSOs in Eastern Ukraine to influence longer-term policy developments with a focus on inclusive recovery to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The inclusive recovery will be facilitated through the involvement of a multi-dimensional approach, which refers to the identification of advocacy needs of the communities, building capacity to seek and effect systemic change and dedicate time and resources to achieve specific and quantifiable improvements through the advocacy activities.

Who can apply: not-for-profit civil society organizations (CSO) officially registered in Ukraine or represented by a legal entity (NGOs; public associations; charity foundations etc.) for at least two years, implementing projects in the territory of Luhansk and Donetsk regions for at least one year and that can demonstrate experience with community engagement initiatives.

Max grant amount: 4 000 EUR

Max number of grants to be awarded: 6

Implementation Period: until 31 October 2022.
